The hiring teams are spread across our electrical, embedded, software, robotics, digital, quality, test, and safety functions. Whichever team you join, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers on products that reach millions of homes. You might be bringing up a new circuit board, tuning a control algorithm on a robot, writing cloud or mobile code for a connected appliance, building a test rig that runs thousands of cycles, investigating a field return, or helping keep our products and facilities safe and compliant. If you’re technically curious, hands-on, solution-oriented, and ready to make an impact from day one, we want to hear from you! Teams that you can be connected to through this posting include: Electrical Engineering (Shark and Ninja) Electrical Design Engineering, Advanced Development Firmware & Embedded Software Engineering Control Systems & Algorithms Robotics & Mechatronics Software Engineering Web Development (CodeShark) Mobile App Development Software & Technical Program Management Digital & Website Technology IT Service Desk Product Test Engineering Software Quality Assurance & Test Automation System Quality Assurance (Robotics) CORE Quality (Consumer, Operational, Regulatory & Engineering) Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do: Contribute to the design, development, and validation of next-generation Shark and Ninja products — and the software that powers them Work hands-on in labs, at the bench, and in code: building prototypes, test fixtures, scripts, and tools that engineers actually use Support debugging, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and failure investigation on real products and real consumer data Develop and execute test plans, document results, and turn data into recommendations that shape design decisions Participate in design reviews, sprints, stand-ups, and technical discussions alongside experienced engineers Collaborate cross-functionally with Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Firmware, Quality, Operations, Marketing, and Product Management Gain exposure to the full product development lifecycle — ideation and prototyping through certification, mass production readiness, and post-market consumer feedback Own a meaningful project end to end and present your contributions to SharkNinja leaders Depending on the team, your day-to-day may include:
