You learn about the latest products deeply and learn how to effectively communicate what you have learned in an easy-to-understand way for customers: ‘If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough.’ Albert Einstein” - Daniel, TSE Intern, London “After training (which feels a lot like university lectures) you spend time in queue, which is basically being on-call for the next chat/call/email that comes in. When a customer needs something, whether that’s information about a product, how to set up that product, or that product having a bit of a moment, you are the one who gets to be the source of truth for that person. Being able to communicate this to them in a reasonable amount of time is paramount to doing well in this role” - Tedrick, TSE Intern, HQ “This internship has given me a lot to think about in terms of career goals. I would say in particular this internship is a great way to build your connections for the Silicon Valley area if your goal is to work in the Tech space. It’s also given me a unique perspective and understanding of enterprise equipment. It serves as a great launching point for your career.” - Thomas, TSE Intern, HQ Additional Information We do sponsor and take over sponsorship of employment visas for this role. If we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa.
